Back for another good read? Great! This week’s Sunday Supports is all about unique health solutions to problems that many of us face in our everyday lives. What if I told you that sufferers of asthma, depression, allergies, and others could get relief of symptoms by having a simple, beautiful lamp in their home? Did you say LAMP, Janna?! Yes, I did! Keep reading to get your own beauty and relief…
On my journey around the net to find some information I came across The IonicSalts Company! They sell salt lamps, bath salts, and edible salts among other things! I was excited to communicate with them as I have seen salt lamps in stores in the mall and heard that they help with depression symptoms. IonicSalts provided me lots of information on salt lamps and very generously sent me several items to review and try out for myself. No false claims on this blog, pig. Only real facts here!
IonicSalts makes their lamps out of natural, real Himalayan salt crystal that is still being mined today. They come in many colors, sizes, and shapes, but what they have in common is the ability to naturally cleanse the indoor air! In plain English, the salt lamps emit negative ions into the air, which have been found to have numerous positive effects on health. There have been numerous studies done in which negative ions have been shown to reduce symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder (aka SAD, Seasonal Depression) and Major Depression to markedly. Asthma and Allergy sufferers have been shown to have markedly reduced symptoms like congestion and stuffiness with just 15 minutes of exposure to negative ions! Your plants will actually grow faster and healthier with negative ion exposure. Salt lamps are sure to make a positive impact in your life as they have in mine... Keep reading to learn how to score your own...
IonicSalts was also sent me a package of Himalayan Bath Salts made from the same mined salt as the lamps! The bath salt is going to have the health benefit of detoxifying your body as you relax in the bath! You simply put the salt in the water and let it dissolve! It can also help with skin conditions like rashes, acne, etc as it pulls dirt and toxic substances out of your skin. I have been using the salts in my bath water and my skin is softer! My husband and I also used the salt to soak our feet after exercises and my husband has noticed that his feet are softer and less callous! Another nice thing about the salts is that they are packaged nicely and could easily be given as a nice gift!
Why buy from IonicSalts? My final review…
IonicSalts is one of many companies selling salt lamps. They have several things going for them, in my opinion, that sets them apart from other companies. First, they have an awesome variety of lamps and salts in other forms. So much so that you could spend an hour looking at all the different items they have. Secondly, the package I received from them was very well put together! Everything was wrapped securely and safely. This is important when buying anything online, but especially when buying something as fragile as salt! Third, because the staff at IonicSalts are so willing to answer your questions, help you find what you want, and are knowledgeable about their product. This is so important when you are trying to compete. Simple customer service skills go along way toward getting my pig food! Finally, I loved this company because their website had loads of scientific and factual information on how their product is useful and valuable to me! I loved the products I received and will be using them for a long time to come! I would recommend this company to anyone looking into buying healthy salt products for their home and families!

I'd choose a Blue Small Ntural Salt Lamp, a Mini Natural Salt Lamp, E-K Gourmet Salt, and Himalayan Bath Salt
I learned that while watching TV or working at a computer, our bodies are exposed to the vibration of frequencies 20 times faster than our brainwaves. The results are nervousness, insomnia, and lack of concentration. A salt lamp will counter this "electronic smog".

Salt Crystal Products from the Himalayas
Importers of Himalayan salt crystal
Salt crystal products can come from various sources around the globe, but the finest quality salt comes from certain areas and mines within the Himalayan foothills of Pakistan. Discovery of this salt was made around 327 B.C., in the time of Alexander the Great and this material has a long and storied history ranging from a source of bitter warfare to a form of currency and much more. In 1872, the British Empire began industrial mining following the excavation of a main arterial tunnel, directed by Dr. H Warth, a respected British mining engineer. The tunnel allowed direct, easy access to salt deposits and increased production. ladyhightower@live.com

cmflan122@gmail.com
i found that the Himalayan salt crystal lamps increase the energy and vibration within a room. When a salt lamp is illuminated with a small light bulb or with a candleholder a warm, ambient glow is created - in colors ranging between red, orange, peach, apricot, to off-white; soothing and inviting to the eyes, without a doubt. The warmth of the bulb or flame accelerates the negative ion production while its light offers soothing to the senses.
